Order Cancellation Policy

At The Turk Glow, we understand that you may need to modify or cancel your order after placing it.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

How to Cancel an Order

To request an order cancellation:

• Contact our customer support as soon as possible.
• Provide your order number and contact details.

If your order is still within the 24-hour cancellation window and has not been dispatched, we will process your cancellation.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving your order.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:

• Any eligible payment made will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.
• If the original payment method cannot be refunded, The Turk Glow may issue a store credit or coupon code at its discretion.
