Yes. Turk Glow only offers authentic Turkish skincare products sourced directly from trusted manufacturers and authorized distributors. We are also the certified authorized distributor of Flawless Diary products in Pakistan.

Yes. We deliver to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, and all other cities across Pakistan.

Karachi: 2–5 business days
Other cities: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (when available).

Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired products. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos of the issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Many of our products are formulated for various skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend performing a patch test before first use. If you have a medical skin condition, consult a dermatologist before using any skincare product.
